Morning Weight: 231.8
Exercise: Went for a jog, ran three sets of stairs, a few sun salutes. ETA: Dancing for a couple hours in the evening! So fun! So late!
Food: Instructed in new possibilities for my submersible blender: fresh fruit, soy yogurt and whatever else I throw in (protein powder?). Quite exciting! On the downside - more chocolate cookies and croissants. ETA: super high calorie dinner. I'm sure I'll see that tomorrow on the scale. Yup, there it is.
Comments: yeah, the sugar snacks upped my poundage there by .6 over yesterday.
