Loosing weight through healthy eating and exercise. That's the idea, any way.

Current weight: 231
Max weight ever: 236
Goal weight #1: 199 under 200!
Goal weight #2: 180 where I've spent the majority of my life. If I get back here and stay here, that would be great.
Goal weight #3: 150 apparently I could be 130 with my bone structure, but 150 seems unobtainable enough.
How did I go from 180 to 230+? Two separate rounds of significant diet changes that were not supposed to be diets to loose weight, but simply a quest for "healthier eating". But as far as my metabolism knew, they were diets, and it responded accordingly. Rapid weight loss lead to rapid weight gain when the eating returned to "normal". Also, a shift from lots of dancing to sitting in class for grad school and eating out a lot more.
How will I go from 230+ back to 180? Reintroducing regular exercise, controlling food portions and contents, and drinking more water. 1-2 pounds a week is the weight-loss sweet spot.
